FIRST LC-20VHS is a heavy duty universal vertical/horizontal turret milling machine equipped with NT40 tapers on both spindles. A variable-speed vertical head with low and high ranges from 60 up to 4500 rpm covers heavy roughing through fine drilling and finishing applications. The machine features a geared feed system mounted on the knee with high/low selection and feed dial control, driven by an auxiliary three-phase induction motor.

The horizontal spindle is integrated into the column and allows arbor milling operations in addition to standard vertical milling. An integrated coolant system and front-mounted pushbutton control panel provide convenient machine operation for shop or production use.
