Hardened and ground alloy steel ways and a nitrogen-treated spindle support high accuracy and durability in production use. Precision-ground gears provide a wide range of spindle speeds with quiet operation, while hydraulic pre-selection of speeds and feeds and hydraulic clamping of the arm and headstock make setup fast and efficient. All main controls are conveniently grouped on the headstock for operator comfort. The machine is supplied with an integrated coolant system and work lamp and finished in a durable industrial paint.
